What is WANTD's Return Policy?

We understand mistakes and issues happen. As a result, we have created the following policy to handle returns, cancellations, and refunds. Since WANTD’s Live Auctions happen in a competitive environment, we want to provide a fair outcome for all parties involved. As such, when you participate in any WANTD Live Auction, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FACT THAT ALL BIDS ARE BINDING AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once you place a bid on an item, you are fully committing to purchasing the product. This is done in a way to maintain integrity between all parties involved in the transaction.

Importantly, WANTD will not refund purchases after three days of receiving an order.If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please send an email to and our support team will help you with the process. We will provide you with any prepaid shipping labels required to return the item to a member of our team.If your item is marked as delivered by one of our couriers (UPS, USPS, Fedex), but you have not received it, you MUST contact our support team at within seven days so we may look into the situation further. WANTD will not be held liable for any packages marked as delivered by our couriers (UPS, USPS, Fedex), and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Am I Eligible for a Refund?:
WANTD works with a network of trusted sellers to fulfill all orders; however, we are mindful that mistakes do arise at times. We will provide a full refund in the event of any of the following:
You received an incorrect item that does not match the product purchased during a WANTD Live Auction
The item is a ‘fake’ (subject to confirmatory 3rd party authentication)

Help, I Accidentally Made a Bid!
You must submit a ticket to within a two-hour window, clearly detailing the error and request. WE WILL NOT REFUND FOR BUYER’S REMORSE. If you do not submit a request within the two-hour window, the item is considered final sale and no further refund will be considered.Note: WANTD reserves the right to deny your order cancellation request – regardless of whether the request was submitted during the two-hour window – based on information provided in your support ticket.
I Want to Cancel / Return My Purchase:
All sales made during WANTD’s Live Auctions are final with the exception of any errors deemed acceptable during the previously stated two-hour support window. This is done to maintain integrity of our live shopping marketplace. Situations ineligible for return/cancellation:
Buyer’s remorse
Buyer requests outside of the two-hour purchase support window
Return requests received outside of the three-day order receipt window
After receiving shipping confirmation
